Iris is a licensed clinical social worker who obtained her Master’s in Social Work from Temple University in 2012, with a concentration in clinical practice and management and planning. She supervised the Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Healthy Start and Parents as Teachers program in Camden, New Jersey and took the program from being on corrective action to a fully staffed program meeting all targeted outcomes. She recently served as a program supervisor for an outpatient program in Camden County, New Jersey where she supervised a staff of 24 clinicians (social workers). In the Fall of 2021, Iris will return to her passion of working in schools as a school social worker at a charter high school in Philadelphia, PA.
