Carmen brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and administrative services sectors to our team. She utilizes soft skills to ensure that clients receive outstanding customer service. Over the last several years, she has been recognized and awarded for her talent as a top support person. She assists the team by scheduling meetings and providing top-notch service to current and prospective clients.

In 2004, Carmen received the designation of Kentucky Colonel due to her affiliation with a non-profit group called Friends Helping Friends. This organization provides relief to families in distress in the community. Carmen values respect, fairness, and positivity, all of which perfectly mesh with diversity, equity and inclusion work.
